Can't say I'm surprised though . There's only 2 singles on the record and both were TERRIBLE. It's just a shame since I think out of all K-Pop groups KARA have the most potential in Japan. They just need to stop releasing the same regressive crap and get back to making well-produced, catchy and simple pop music. (Sort of like what SNSD needs to do). It's not a surprise to me they haven't had a digital hit there since 2011, the GP is bored of it. I still think they should have kept the eurobeat sound of Jumping and Go Go Summer. Still some of the best K-Pop in Japan.
You should give them a listen they've honestly become one of my fav groups already

I like their two singles, No More Dream and We Are Bulletproof part 2, plus I kind of want Suga to be my baby daddy, so I think I will listen to their album and get to know them more. From what I've seen, I'd say they have a lot of potential.
