Not at all. Though folks like Colin Powell and Condoleezza Rice would've had a nice support level from the black community. However, sane GOP candidates aren't popular among their party anymore. Instead you have Uncle Toms like Ben Carson and Herman Cain who completely dismiss our struggle and fight. GOP did this to themselves though. 1964 completed pushed black voters to Democrats and now in 2016, they have completely pushed Latinos to the Democrats. People of color will decide elections from here on out. By 2050, white people are going to be below 50% of the total population. Compare that to the early decades where they were in the 80's of total population makeup. Until they show understanding of social and economic issues that impact black voters, they won't win with us.
