Pretty sure the digipak is an exclusive to her store and retail/amazon will get jewel cases. But I guess we'll know for sure in a few weeks. Maybe she'll clarify in the email on Tuesday...

30 to 50k? With no hit single and radio support? She's unlikely to get huge TV promo either.
I'd bring those estimations down abit. I'm predicting 20k - 25k in the US and 10k - 20k in the UK.
