NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Damn you Walking Dead writers.
But she sacrificed herself for Everybody hates Chris. Ugh
I don't even like Noah and now he's with the group
I can't believe Beth and Maggie didn't reunite
One of my favorite characters. Who whould have thought I would be rooting for this girl so much who looked like an extra in season 2
She will be missed

At least Queen Carol is safe
This season seems to move fast which is a good thing. They spent the entire season 2 at the farm, then season 3 and half of season 4 at the prison.
Now, it seems like they can't stay at one place.
I seriously have no idea where this season is going. And i LOVE that. In all seasons we kinda knew. Now, you have to stay guessing. Like, i was positive once the police woman died, they would have taken over the hospital and make it their sanctuary. And now that Washington is out of the picture, what's next for them? What's their plan?
I hope the writers bring it for the second half of the season. This might turn out to be my favorite season after the first one.

I agree with you a 100%! That is why I'm also avoiding spoilers because the shock value is enormous When Beth was killed, I had NEVER gasped so hard in my life especially at a television show. I was in utter despair.
I was thinking about the first season the other day and everyone had such big personalities (if that makes sense?) Like everyone had more charisma and more hope to holding on I suppose (Maybe because they hadn't spent along time suffering). Like Dale had a big personality and was protective of Andrea, Andrea was stubborn yet wanted to get sh*t done, Amy was sweet, Lori ( ) was love torn, Shane was obsessed with Lori and torn between his dedication towards his bestfriend and love for Lori, Jacqui was like a mother figure, T-Dog was tough but loveable like a teddy bear, Jom was a softie and the Morales seemed like trust worthy and dedicated people. I just loved all the charisma.
Two people who I do wished survive though was Amy and Jacqui.

Anyone remember Guillermo and the rest of the Vatos gang looking after the elderly? It would be good if Rick and his group were leaving the city and Rick says "Pull up for a bit" and they stop the cars and reminisce. If they go to see if they Vatos are still there but the place has been deserted and there is a note or message left behind on the wall saying something kind of inspiring?
Idk, I'm over thinking but I can't possibly imagine the Vato's gang being in the city for that long especially with the hospital crew running around owning the city.

It was brutal. I still haven't processed it properly to comment on how I actually feel. My initial reaction is they made a horrible choice killing her off for numerous reasons. Saying that I don't think it was done poorly, I think her death along with Hershel's, and Lori's is one of the most memorable, and heartbreaking deaths now. I just honestly believe she brought some diversity to the show, when you look at the cast now, everybody is tough, and marcho in a way, and yes I understand this is the world they live in and they must be this way, and they've always said the tough will only survive, and you can't be weak as Carol taught those little kids, Lizzie and whatever the other one was named. But her story line could've went so many different ways, and it made the show feel exciting for me anyway, I love Carol, Daryl and if it was Beth or Carol, I truthfully would've killed Beth, but I just feel her story could've brought so much more to the show, the idea of a teen growing up in this world, the struggles she must face, the idea of finding what she has to live for, and her character was truly just starting to blossom and a lot stronger than some of the newer characters truthfully, her episode with Daryl alone, really made me invested in her, and there was a sense of innocents, that pain actually wasn't all she knew, as all the characters sort of have that sense about them. I don't know, I also really feel terrible for Emily Kinney the actual actor, because she really seemed to love the show, and almost could'nt believe that she got to be apart of it, and you could see appreciation every moment she got time on that screen, and that was really refreshing. I don't find a lot of the other characters refreshing, and I felt Beth was bringing that, I can't stand Carl anymore, and Glenn, Maggie they started to fade, maybe it's because they haven't had enough screen time lately, I really think they should've killed Glenn like the comic said, and broke that little love up, but I already know they're going to go deeper with their love relationship have everyone invested in them, possibly the priest will officially marry them, and eventually one will die, and probably they will twist it and kill Maggie off. I love this show, and I wouldn't be writing this big essay if I didn't, and how much I actually invest myself in it, is a little crazy, to be talking about them as if they impact my life or something, which they don't, but the show is brilliant. But if it does become a show, where they just build a character up to then kill them just for the sake of a mid-season finale or something like that, then I will stop watching, because it seems a little pathetic to create a show on that basis, yes their is death in this world, but in a show that bases itself so much on it's story and character development, to just kill of characters for the sake, and actually not further progress the story, then I will be very disapointed, so basically what I'm getting out of saying all of this and writing this, is that if Beth's death doesn't mean anything, and doesn't somehow impact the future of the story, and how they view the world around them, or how this death will effect them etc, or they don't take a little part of her innocents with all of them, which I feel is much needed, as all of them act so hostile, which I understand needs to be at this point in time of the world, but that innocents, can really make a character develop which I think is what they're trying with Tyrese, but unfortunately I don't think he is convincing the audience as well as someone like Beth did. If something comes of Beth's death, I will be happy, and understand, and get over it, but if they just put it out their to boost ratings for a mid-season finale and return of the show in Feb, well god the idea of this show being about the story driven, character based world has been lost. I don't think it has, and I'm not saying it has, because the show is just as good as ever, but if it becomes like that, this show will go downhill very quickly. They better keep some damn originals. Because I feel no emotions towards these new characters, the only one I truthfully intrigued to learn more about at this point is Rosita because I read she uses men for her safety, which is similar to Eugene using this fake idea of having the cure as protection, I'm going to continue to follow Emily Kinney's career, because I don't think this deserves to be the end of her, and I think her leaving the show, in ways, she as a human may've felt that way, which is why she was so emotional leaving the show, and so hurt by it. I hope she moves on, remembering this time, learns from it, and becomes an even better actor and musician. And for those that feel strongly about Beth's death, should do the same, the best thing to come out of it would be to see Emily Kinney the actress move on, to bigger and better things. Musically and on screen.

I just read every single word you wrote, and I kinda agree with you in some things.
And I love how much love we feel abouth this show.

One thing LOVE about this show is that is has what I think a certain message.
Its about "coming back". Andrea said it, Michonne said it, Tyreese implied it, Beth, and others. Its not about loved ones dying and coming back as the dead. Its about being lost, emotionally isolated, traumatised and depressed but being able to come back to being human again. Because when you're in that state, you're dead emotionally.
I just love how "Coming back" relates to both scenarios.

You know in the end life is not fair and most of all death is not fair. So we can't really complain. She still died a hero imo But I'm gonna miss her soooo much.
I can't believe this whole story arch ended like Sophia. Next time someone goes missing you know that person will be dead. Except Queen Carol (cause no one went looking for her )
Tyrese is not weak or should be dead. Eveyone reacts different. He still needs time to adapt.

This! I'm still pressed that we haven't got flash backs I need it to be Carl looking back on memories and how he and Lori discovered the Atlanta gang.
The only flash back we have got is all of them on the high way and the bombing of the city
EDIT: Might be kind of hard though because Carl is getting older.

I am PISSED. Like **** this show and **** the writers. Why set the MOST IMPORTANT story line of the season up so far, have you rooting so DAMN hard for someone to then kill them off.
This show is the pits, **** IT!

People will die eventually. It's a fricking zombie apocalypse, what did you expect?
It would be completely unrealistic if all fan favorites lived. They just focused on telling the story of Beth and how she ended up getting killed. Would you rather have no idea what the hell was going on with her, and see her randomly die? Her death made sense. It was explained, and it made it much more impactful for the viewers.

Zombies are ONE of the problems people face everyday during the apocalypse.
This show made it pretty clear that humans are actually much more dangerous than the actual zombies. And that sure as hell aint a lie.

Beth's death must be one of the most retarded scenes in american television ever. I'm not even
pissed that she died, I'm pissed HOW she died, like wtf was that. The writers have really screwed this up.
And yep - if they're gonna introduce
Negan
already in the second part of the season,
Glenn
is so gonna die.
