My four options to fill in the last two spots are Scyther (which will be Scizor), Haunter (which will be Gengar), Snorlax (who I'm debating for a multitude of reasons), and Roserade.
I have a feeling it'll be a debate between Scizor vs. Roserade & Gengar vs. Snorlax.
I think Imma end up with Scizor and Snorlax, but we'll see.

Snorlax with high attack=body slam/earthquake=you win the game

3. Calm Mind
4. Wish/Baton Pass

With me, moves like that look good on paper.
Im all like "LOL I'll use that all the time and crush teh hoes."
but I NEVER use them and I always replace them with attacking moves
Although I prefer Umbreon, for Espeon I'd use moves of alot of different types like:
Psychic
Shadow Ball
Energy Ball
Dark Pulse/Flash Cannon
_____
Also, right now I'm in that Tropical-ish city in Black and I LOVE it
They should definitely do more hot/humid places in the next generation and have like a rain forest/jungle instead of regular forests imo

Well, for just in-game purposes you don't really need Baton Pass and in Espeon's case Calm Mind, a good offensive moveset can consist out of different type attacks, like the one you'd use.
___________
I really love Hoenn for that tropical feel; the volcano, the big rainy routes at Fortree City, the huge sea with little Islands and Pacifidlog Town
I can't wait for the remakes so they can work on the details, since those rainy routes at Fortree were obviously meant to be jungle-ish

Getting closer to deciding my team.
I've decided to give up on my Feraligatr because while it is good, Kingdra proves to be overall just better.
Now my issue is picking between the following:
Snorlax (really good with its large HP and wide range of physical attacks, but not many special)
Aggron (just epic in general, but its huuuge weaknesses, fighting and ground, are quite common)
Tangrowth (pretty good for Grass, but I hate most Grass Pokemon )
Any suggestions (minus Water, Fire, Dragon, Bug, or Poison)
I literally only have one Grass move in my entire set, and that's my Crobat's Giga Drain. That's kind of a concern to me. Though I could just buy SolarBeam and give it to a Pokemon tbh, which is probably what I'll do. So really, it's Snorlax vs. Aggron vs. whatever suggestion you may have.
And I promise this will be the last time I post about party suggestions. I'm just super indecisive.

Aggron looks epic, but it's typing is horrid, and all its stats are awful other than its Attack and Defense. Snorlax is definitely the better option of the two.
But your team looks a little weak to Rock, so if you want to cover the weakness and you still want a Steel type, Metagross would work very well.
The lack of Grass type moves shouldn't be a problem, because you have other moves that have similar coverage (e.g. Kingdra's Water type moves are super effective against Rock and Ground, as are Grass type moves...)

I'm actually going to go with Metagross; I'm kinda surprised I didn't think of it sooner.
Now I just need to teach a Pokemon Headbutt, get a Pineco, level it up to evolve into a Forretress, go to Devon Co., trade it for a Bedlum, evolve it to a Metang and finally evolve it to a Metagross Sounds easy enough.
