Just saying, I promoted myself the classiest way I could last round, I asked for people to come into the thread, and vote for someone. In the end I only got a handful of votes, but some of the people I contacted actually voted for other people, I think that is a good way to promote, by simply asking people to come into the thread and vote for who they like.
Sure, maybe you won't get the highest amount of votes if you do this, but it's getting people to actually think before they vote.
