Farwell Hands - 9 (beautifully sung Kdrama OST ready ballad. Picture this song playing while someone dies)
VIXX LR: Beautiful Liar Album
1.
Beautiful Liar – 9.5 (yasss ravi, go off!!)
2.
Remember – 9 (groovy hip hop light track, Leo sounds nice also)
3.
할 말 (Leo Solo) – 8.5 ( Wow, this gets better as the songs goes on. Liked it very much)
4.
Ghost (Ravi Solo) – 10 (damnnn ravi!! dark and mysterious. Actually production sounds like some luigi’s mansion type ****.lol. Its good though!)
5.
My Light (Song by VIXX)- 7.5 (cute. Sounds very easy breezy beach bop. Nothing extraordinary but it wasn’t horrible.)
Chained Up Album
2. Chained Up – 7.5 (always liked it but something is off with it. Like I wish verses hit as hard as chorus)
3.
Maze - 9(~maze running running. Better than title track. Like the vocal effects, such replay value)
4.
Stop It Girl – 4 (okay, so basic slow mid tempo filler. meh)
5.
Hot Enough – 10 ( sounds like an old Shinhwa song. Even down to Eric Muns style rap. Really sexy and sultry. It just delivers on all fronts. Perfect)
6.
Spider – 7 (starts off… well really bad. But the rest isn’t that corny. Has like the trademark VIXX vocal effects/glitch sounds/schizophrenic sound. Don’t know how to explain better but its very VIXX!)
7.
That You – 7 ( another “anybody could of sung this type song” Makes you feel happy though. Nice country twang production)
8.
Heaven – 4( Well I’m just gonna say it. Sounds like an old BB b-side track. Very sunset glow and bubbly.)
9.
Now We – 5.5 (lol. This tries to be this emotional exploding ballad. But it doesn’t. It’s mellow. The high notes sound hilarious)
10.
Eternity – 10 (wait.. this JUST hit me. Omg. I finally saw the light. This is great)
11.
Error – 8.5 (wait… this too. Nnn. I feel bad for the low scores I gave these 2 in the BG rate. Why does it sounds so good all of a sudden)
12.
Can't Say – 5.5 ( another peppy happy generic song. Why VIXX, why!!? Its okay. )
All in all they’re discography is VERY underrated. Like I find more bops in one album then I do in certain groups careers.
Did not expect to love these that much. Aside from the fillers which aren’t even that low quality struggling twink voices other groups serve bad. Bravo VIXX.
I want to finish the rest of there discog. I know I listed to Super Hero and Hyde before and I think some other one but I forgot if I liked them or not. I think I did.
I might do this with other groups I find intersting.
