You're probably using the lq leak that leaked first as the sound quality of Sexxx Dreams was horrendous. A HQ leaked later and it sounds fine quality wise.

Gaga wasn't lying when she said to listen to the album with headphones. It's a completely different experience. You don't get to hear all the textures with a regular computer stereo.
If you think The Fame Monster is a better album than ARTPOP, you're clinging on to a false sense of quality and nostalgia. ARTPOP is the greatest album Gaga has ever done. Not only does it delve into different genres but it's a continuous adrenaline rush that doesn't stop. The Fame Monster is not a bad album but people tend to automatically attribute the magnitude of the era to the actual quality of the album and give it false hype.
