The video shouldn't be released till early May (probably the 3rd). Let the song continue to climb radio to somewhere in the top 20 and then release the video for maximum impact.
With the Billboard Music Awards performance on May 19th, they'd be making sure to cover all bases for the next month. In June they can do a short radio tour and she can promote overseas.
In July, they should push out the second single in time for a mid-to-late-August release with a VMA performance.
