Well Bounce sees some use on Gyarados. And I think Phantom Force/Giratina's move(forgot the name) are also 2-turn moves that are usable competitively, so it's not inconceivable Fly could be useful on something. But probably not on Talonflame
Shadow Force.
It sees use, but it's mostly on Swords Dance Ghost or Normal Arceus. It's very strong though and ignores Protect/Detect.
