If you pre-order it you're more likely to get it earlier, they will give you and estimated time for it's arrival in your mailbox when you order (which might change if it ships earlier or if it's a little delayed)
You will see the price with shipping before you place your order, but if you're country has it's own customs/taxes limit on stuff bought from other countries, you should be able to find a webpage from your country's customs and check what it will cost you extra, that's at least what I can do here in Norway
maybe they just haven't changed it yet
I wonder if this means the white diamond vinyl from her Euro store will be shipped sooner? I so hope! I can't wait to get it
