Notice when they fast forward two months later.. we don't see Asher with the rest of them when Annaliese gets shot? .. I think he is dead too. I have a feeling he is going to get killed off this season.. he is useless.

my best guess is asher right now...i think he tipped off the prosecutor than annalise was gonna be at the siblings house to do something but he was setting her up so he could kill her there, and somehow annalise got caught in the middle of it
