Exactly. I didn't think the first episode was THAT exciting, but its clear they were using it to introduce characters slowly...they're thankfully taking their time and not jumping into things too fast only to have them later fall apart. Last night was so much better, they're starting to really get into the good stuff.

I thought Bloody Face and Rubber Man were well executed, but Axe Man wasn't.....the way he and Fiona fell into a romantic relationship was really bizarre and kinda ruined his character for me.

I loved this episode, it's really entertaining.
Probably shaping up to be the 2nd best season, after Asylum.

On a sidenote Elsa is really like Madonna.
She supported Bette & Dot (Gaga) but one got bigger than her and now she's pressed.

I agree - he's been given his own plot point and isn't having to work off someone else. Seems like the Mott family is going to be more of a subplot to him rather than the other way around.

That could all change though...

I wonder if the skinny Twisty that was in one of the teasers is what Dandy is going to become. I think I'm looking to that too much, but it's obvious he's going to become his accomplice of sorts, but I'm just curious to see how much like him he becomes.

I just finished Episode 2 - i think it was fantastic, this will probably be 2nd best season, after Asylum

A am loving characters, Bette/Dot are amazing, Dandy + his mother are so crazy Jimmy is amazing as well ... well they all are, the only character i am disappointed in so far is Ethel (she had so much better character in Coven)

Cant wait for Emma next week, it looks like she will play great character this season

I felt sorry for Meep, then i remembered what he was doing to those poor chickens, so ...
