In order to have Spotify match the song with it's servers you have to have the song already. When Spotify notices the file you'll end up playing the official track and not your file.
At least is sounds different from other songs that are playing on the radio and you can also hear her voice clearly. Maybe the iTunes version will be a little different?
This is not good. The beat slays, but it just sounds like it's lacking.. a lot.
