Once that happened to me, and i have bump beds in my room. So i fell asleep on the bttm bed , and so when i had a dream like that i woke up out of nowhere and i was really close of hitting my head with the top bed

Do you guys ever feel like when you run in your dreams.. you can't? you like try to run but you feel like you're not moving at all, like your feet are heavy, like you have no feet, like you run so fast but you're not moving an inch! I HATE THAT

I think I may have done it before, but I was unaware. Basically just when it's about to happen.. As soon as I'm about to fall asleep, like right on the instant moment before I doze off, I open my eyes, and then I start to doze off again.. and open my eyes again.. and repeat until I hit that nirvana or some sort.. But that doesn't really succeed a lot of times...

Other people say to focus on your breathing?

Have any of you ever died in your dreams? I remember once in a dream I was running, but I wasn't fast enough. I turned around and noticed it was the killer Jason from the movies. I tried to run faster but he caught up with me and killed me.

Because I think we can still see through our eye lids.. I mean eye lids are very thin layer of skin and tissue.. so when we're about to fall.. we subconsciously tell our brains to wake up?
