MediaTraffic posted this on their home page in 2014. They don't count sales from countries like Russia, China and Turkey which give us 10-15k additional copies. 630k is a reasonable estimation for Britney Jean.

The sales from the countries provided on the OP put Work Bitch at +1,65M & Perfume at almost 400K. Not sure if you can get more unless it's updated numbers from the same countries or estimations like the total figures in the singles section on the OP.
