If you are talking in terms of albums you are right.

But on the Hot 100:

Kelly debuted at #60 due to airplay and shot from #52-#1 a few weeks later when the Commerical single was released.

Ruben debuted at #2 because Clay Aiken sold about 100k more in the first week, and Ruben has never had a #1 on the Hot 100

Fantasia debuted at #1 selling 142k last summer.
