What's not to understand about it? If she had to start the promo for whatever debut single she is releasing, then that would distract her from focussing on finishing the album. She has to have a clear mind and time on her hand to give it her all in the studio with any songs that aren't done and recorded yet.
I think this is the best way to do it tbh to make sure the album is quality
Going against most opinions here im glad she's not bowing to peer pressure from the fans on Twitter and is taking her time to make the best Album she can. However i do wish they'd give us a date.
The fact that she's talking to that arrogant teeny bopper JB.
Im not happy about this collab either, there are many other artists that she could pick instead. At least the Beliebers might help boost her sales a bit .
I use to really love her tbh. Like, back when Tik Tok came out I hated the song but loved her and had high hopes but then her album, for me atleast, was a let down. I still love her and I think Cannibal is an amazing EP.

What Dr. Luke said is what I've been thinking for a while now. Ke$ha always records the whole record before making any selection. It's quite a good strategy. I mean, what if she had only recorded 3 songs at the start and released a single right away, then a while later she finished the album and ended up with much better songs than what she originally had? If she does it this way, she has potential to ensure maximum success.
