How can mods close a thread from a user genuinely asking for help? Don't ya'll have a heart?

My heart this makes me feel even sadder. Seems so vulnerable and desperate
All I'll say is in my opinion mods should be much more lenient with The Lounge threads for now since Blogs are closed. Especially in a case like that. Just my opinion.
