The rewards from my home country (Thailand) government has not revealed yet.
But a private companny gives a boxer 10M THB ($300,000) for a silver medal. He lost a controversial fight in the final. That should be a good make-up for him.
Boxing referee-ing is a mess in this Olympics. They used to show the score in real-time, but now they keep it undisclosed and announce at the end.
