No. 1,500 = 1 album so 150 = 1 Track most likely as they go by the method 10 tracks equals 1 album with TEA.
So in that theory 1.5B streams would equal 10M. But there is no SEA formula for WW that is the US formula. Each country it differs the amount of streams equals 1 sale since stream pay differs.
The only way to determine on a WW scale a singles equivalent streams to sale would be adding certifications. If a song was certified Platinum in SEA in US where Platinum equals 1M sales and Platinum in SEA in UK where Platinum equals 600K then it would be safe to assume it did 1.6M in sales equivalent with its streams in US and UK.
