The hate for Jessie on this site is so unnecessary, Who You Are was really successful & she's had WW hits. Just because 'Alive' under performed you all name her a 'flop'?.
Most artists if not all artists have at least one under performing album, it's just something that happens...
& people saying this will flop when they haven't even heard it are acting childish & i'll see you in a month when y'all be bopping to it
IKR? her music is amazing even tho 'Alive' under performed the songs on it were amazing but people on here jump to a quick conclusions.
SOME songs on Alive were amazing, I wouldn't mind seeing "Thunder", "Harder We Fall" or "Excuse My Rude" (now that Becky G is about to happen) on her next studio release.
Alive was okay, the album just was there, it didn't really had that much "oomph". It has some standouts, but that's it. She is better than that album. I can't play half of that album because it feels more "B-side-ish" than actual good album tracks. Wild is a bop hough, but It's My Party should have been a bonus track for some deserted island that nobody cares about.
Jessie would slay urban/soul msuic and I think this song will put her into the right direction
