I can Stan for Katy, not as my fave but someone below her. She makes catchy music I don't have to think about nor do I care to do so, she's likeable and she's not anything else she claims to be. Straight up pop music that bops.

I just don't connect with her on a personal level. The music's there, the visuals are there, the personality is there, but there's something keeping me from connecting on a level beyond average fan. Like, something just doesn't feel right about her as a person.
music doesn't set me on fire. she can be as funny and cute and sweet and sexy as she wants to be, but i'll never get into that sort of Kelly Clarkson/P!nk/Katy Perry pop-rock-lite sound. And I'm not into most of what she served on Prism, either. Only songs by her I love are IKAG, Cali Gurls, and Walking on Air I guess. I liked Spiritual too. Some random others, but like I said, there's nothing by her that's like, given me chills or anything.
Her writing is too simplistic. Very elementary. She is a terrible live performer. She cant sing well. She can't dance at all. Her movements are awkward. Her songs are instant gratificationers, no replay value whatsover. Her visuals from her lackluster videos are embarrasing and belong in a childs coloring book.
She only caters to children. Vanilla. Bland. Bad example for women and pop stars. Can't sing. Can't dance. Doesn't step outside the box. Afraid to take chances. Generic.
Her music is very generic, her voice is generic, she even has German roots, the most generic and basic looking people on Earth
Every single thing about her is generic, basic, predictable, boring, forgettable and just .....
She breathes genericness!
She's more about taking than giving. More about using and exploiting whatever genre is popular at the moment to move units, than delivering anything new and fresh, or making any impact.
-She appeals to an audience that I'm not a part of.

-Her image is such a caricature now, when her dark era comes it will hit hard
