Yeah this is for last week. Xmas albums(kelly and duck ) are still selling too high for it to be for this week. Those usually drop very low(or completely) after xmas.

It looks like they're saying next weeks numbers could be similar towards the numbers they're selling now, but album sales usually dip in January so I'm not sure why they would say that.
And we probably not going to get a definite answer for days.
Yeah, I'm still confused. The article with that current projection says "next week" but the official numbers for Christmas week will be posted in a couple of days. I'm not understanding.
Because usually they do projections with a 25-50k range based on the first couple of days of sales in a tracking week. The third official week of sales already ended Sunday, so the third week should appear on their much more accurate and specific numbers on the building album sales chart released on Tuesday and then Billboard gives the official on Thursday. But they don't have the building sales active today because the site is on break until next week and they posted that article so IDK.
