I love It  Latch is so amazing! I discovered that song way too late, should be part of my top 100 
Drinking From The Bottle is amazing, too bad the music video is terrible  It was the best non-single song from 18 Months when it was released, Calvin

Wow, I was not expecting eletronic/dance song like Work Bitch for the new era. Work Bitch is a GREAT surprise for me, it took time to listen this song but was love at the first heard. For me Britney is better than ever, a good comeback. The song is amazing and the production is fierce, perfect to dance. I can not forget about the AWESOME music video. Work Bitch would be bigger than was but she's lazy to performance and the song was boycotted for radios. Well, not a surprise, how they will play something like Work Bitch? they would change for Work Chick? lol. I can not forget to say that I love the lyric.

2013 was a big year for Tegan and Sara, Closer was a big hit for them. I was addicted to The Con (2008) and Closer was a big surprise for me because they changed their sound with synthpop/eletronic elements, that was a great choice. They could not have risked something better for the new era. Now Tegan and Sara is more mainstream then ever and I'm so happy for this because, they deserves all the sucess. Closer is an amazing indie pop/synthpop song, good beats and amazing vocals, really catchy song and perfect for a good party with your friends.

I KNEW that Safe and Sound would smash sooner or later. Early last year a friend of mine was at the club and a song started to play, he didn't know what song the dj was playing, so what he did? he used shazam of course. When he came home he said that one song was played at the club (Safe and Sound) and that the song was my 'type', for lucky I had never heard Safe and Sound and he sent me the song, was love at the first heard. Safe and Sound started to smash in Germany charts 1 month later, the song was #1 there and I was so surprise because I wasn't expecting the success on charts... then all the countrys from Europe started to play Safe and Sound, was the beggining for the world (especially US) to love this anthem. Samesame.co.au called the song one of the highlights of the album, saying "is a showcase of pedigree dance balladry just like ‘Euphoria’ it comes complete with a chorus that formulaically expands after periods of restraint verses. Brian O'Reilly from The Irish Independent was very positive, awarding the song 9 stars out of 10, stating "‘My heart is refusing me’ really does what really great dance music should do it teases the listener throughout, leaving them in anticipation for a big final chorus where all the elements introduced throughout the song come together."
I knew My Heart Is Refusing Me was single in 2011 but Looren made a new version for her debut album (Heal) and wow, the new version is much more catchy than the first version. I was very happy when I heard that My Heart Is Refusing Me would be released again and with official music video. I really don't know why MHIRM wasn't a smash hit as Euphoria, to be honest I think MHIRM is much better than Euphoria. |

This is the third song of King Harris on my best. Everyone knew that I Need Your Love would be an easy hit, this song was born to smash and I'm happy they did it. I Need Your Love is really LOVE. Calvin and Ellie together are love, what a great combination. I Need Your Love is a good production, sometimes reminds me the old songs of Daft Punk and video games. I love the break beat and Ellie vocals

Closer is nice. Work Bitch is not my fave Britney song, but is catchy and the music video is her best in years! Safe and Sound INYL was my least favorite song from 18 Months but I loved the music video, the song grew on me after that

Interesting club story for Safe & Sound. i love how sometimes a great dance club song can get you to be exposed to excellent songs.
