From the past set I love Stay and The Way!
Tbh I don't like "This Is Gospel", the song, but the music video slays! Love it! Need to listen to that song more.
Love Somebody! That one is great, one of my favorite singles from them, and the music video is amazing.
Can't wait for top 2

5 Missed Opportunities of 2013

05. Leona Lewis' Glassheart Era
I mean, I get why the label stopped, but they needed to come at this era at a different angle. It didnt help that Leona pushed for Trouble as the lead, but this album was amazing, and didnt deserve to be cut short! I mean Glassheart alone

04. Mariah Carey's "Comeback"
Again, sorta same situation as Leona, Her first single back "underperformed". But for an artist who has been around for a little over 20 years, I feel like its harder for them to chart on singles chart. I think #Beautiful did great, considering her other attempts, and when she finally comes back, they shouldnt focus so much on the singles success, and more on the albums!

03. Christina Aguilera f. Blake Shelton, "Just a Fool"
This really needed to be push WAY more than it was! And a video! Maybe Christina didnt like it, maybe she was just over that era, but I LOVE this song, and really wanted this to be a Top 10 for her (It totally could have!)

02. Girls Aloud, "On The Metro"
Probably what made me more upset than the Girls were splitting up, was the fact that they made "Beautiful Cause You Love Me" the FINAL SINGLE!!! WHY a ballad! I agree that they look AMAZING in the video, but thats about it. The song is just ok. Ballads are not the girls strongest, its the UPTEMPO songs, and "On The Metro" was just Each girl had their time to shine, it wsa FIERCE, it was just totally Girls Aloud! What a shame we never got a video

01. The Britney Jean Era
So, I obviously still love the album and single! HOWEVER, picking will.i.am as the was a mistake. I love the structure and lyrics of the album, but production wise, while still good, is not what we expect from Britney. I really never liked will.i.am (well maybe before 2006) but I sucked it up thinking MAYBE he would step it up for Britney. Again I do love the album (My #3 of the year) but this was suppose to be my #1 album of the year...and it wasnt. It does have moments of great (Work Bitch!), but overall, its ok. Im sure Britney is to blame too, but he was the EP. They picked the WRONG EP, should have been Danja, or William Orbit!

02. Vampire Weekend, "Diane Young"
One of my FAVORITE bands! I was SO EXCITED for this single, and they DIDNT disappoint! I love the whole vibe of the song. Ezra's voice, the instrumental, then ENERGY. While it's not my FAVORITE single of theirs (Cousins & A-Punk!), it still holds up in their discography!

01. Britney Spears, "Work Bitch"
I mean, are you surprised? I know this hasnt been Britney's BEST era ever, but for me, THIS song really just kept its own. I will admit upon first listen, although I loved it, it wasnt what I was expecting and the structure is weird, which lead me to think it probably wouldnt do good on the charts. But there is something in her voice on the track that just gets me pumped up. And that video One of her best since the Circus era! Say what you want about this single, but I love it and nothing will change that!
***2nd and FINAL Appearance by Britney Spears
#13: "Perfume"***
