Usually it's at the arena when you check in for the VIP.

If not then it'll be shipped at your house after the show.

It was obvious they had lots of second (and third and forth) dates planned for some of these cities, but I'm surprised she's releasing them already,

Tbh I don't think it was....I looked in Ottawa and even for one they didn't have any that matched my request or whatever they said. Usually they find in another price level.
