Just missing the top 3 is Ciara's former most acclaimed single on ATRL, "Like A Boy". This is quite a surprise since it's one of her most beloved singles on this board, it even won a previous rate.
Behind the record is a clever theme about double standards in society about men and woman in relationships and how Ci wants to switch up the roles. It's very empowering and a record for the ladies. The instrumental alone should be enough to win you over; its powerful. The video was so simple yet so epic with its effects, the choreography, the signature matrix and the climax. "Like A Boy" did enough to receive moderate success in the states and internationally, it's also her most viewed video to date since vevo came about.
I'm absolutely SHOCKED "Overdose" is this high. I like the song, but there is no way it's one of Ciara's top three singles ever. It definitely got the new single rate boost.
