yes, Billboard counts unofficial videos, not sure about live performances. However, ONLY US views are counted. Now the question, how many of that 1 million is from US views? Anyone knows how to track down US views?
Tonight is number 2 on Phillipine iTunes. It should go number 1.
The album claims the top spot there on preorders alone. At least she's finding success there right now.
