Since motivation flopped there, there is no chance this would do well... You need to build up hype by playing it on the radio and releasing the video in UK and all that did not happen. This era is about the US though. UK is not a problem, maybe her 2nd single wil be more uptempo and they will accept it then, who knows...

Yeah, you can only get into the UK charts if they play you on the radio a lot, and hardly anybody has played Ice. And I doubt that will change.

Motivation wasn't given a proper release in the UK hence why it didn't do much....the same applies for Ice really, its had no airplay, no video airplay, no promotion....and its a **** song. I'm still annoyed at how "I Am Here" played out, if was full of hits but handled awfully.
