Week65: Guess Who’s Back? The Nation is back!
Glad to see that there are people that still care for this countdown and comment on the list for its goodness. Let’s see if I still remember how to do this. This time, I have no caps since I have no time for that so the countdown will go video caps free until further notice. Man, I still like doing this since we can all come to together and make a countdown that is different from the rest in terms of variety of music along with having a good representation of the YTT’s taste in general. I will stop talk now, I wouldn’t want you to get bored and suffer from me going over time. That’s a problem for me and it shows here and real life. Prepare to be blown away with the first official countdown of 2014 for the Nation. So much exciting music here.

How appropriate that Summer is #1 since it’s blazing hot where I live. Damn Global Warming (it’s real!) makes things hotter than usual. Summer is #1 in the summer. Almost everyone voted for Summer. I like listening to Summer on the radio on my way to the big city where all the fireworks happens. Oh, late happy 4th of July to all of my fellow Americans in the USA! Remember the week where Sam, Lana, and LP were competing for the #1 album of that week? In this countdown, Sam is in the top 2, LP is at #16, Lana is in the CCs and J-Lo is nowhere to found. My ideal top 2 for the summer would be Am I Wrong (#3) and Rude (Not in this countdown this week!) while Fancy (#9) and Problem (#8) are ATRL’s ideal top 2. Dare is at #7 and the World Cup has been very entertaining more so than the Stanley Cup and NBA finals. The official WC song is nowhere to be found. Speaking of Sam Smith, La La La barely made the top 20 while Latch is nowhere to be found. Rather Be is the dark horse to be #1 very soon. That’s all I noticed so see ya next week (or later than that!).
