Reminding us that her pregnancy was so yesterday, Hilary Duff took a brief break from diaper duty and stepped out on Thursday for a little pampering.

Sporting a blue blouse and a pair of white pants, the new mom was seen strolling to a West Hollywood hair salon.


It was only a week ago that the 24-year-old Cheaper by the Dozen star and husband Mike Comrie welcomed their son, Luca, into the world.

And if Duff's tweet following her appointment is any indication, she was clearly missing her bundle of joy.

"Im Feelin fresh!" she wrote. "Heading back home to hang with munchkin."

Hilary Duff Steps Out Post-Baby

Newborn? No problem!

Hilary Duff stepped out for the second time after delivering son Luca Cruz on March 20, visiting West Hollywood hair salon Nine Zero One on Thursday.

"Just got my hair did from my girl [Riawna Capri] thanks love! I'm feelin fresh," she Tweeted, sharing a photo. "Heading back home to hang with munchkin."

Luckily, Duff's day out went more smoothly than her first post-delivery dinner, which involved flying shellfish.

"Omg my first outing in a week and I hit [my friend] in the eye with a shrimp tail!" she Tweeted Tuesday. "Can't take me anywhere! Lord help me!"

The night ended on a higher note, thankfully.

"Outing complete with no tears! Made it home early ... just in time to feed Luca," she added later. "Figuring this motherhood thing out!"

Luca is the first child for Duff, 24, and husband Mike Comrie

Hilary Duff has made her post-birth debut!

The star, who welcomed baby Luca Cruz into the world just a week ago, stepped out in West Hollywood Thursday for the first time since going into labor.

Clad in skin-tight leopard-print skinny jeans, a blue violet blouse and towering platform sandals, Duff, 24, was all smiles while making her way to a hair salon, sans her and hubby Mike Comrie's newest bundle of joy.

Early Tuesday morning, the new mom took to Twitter to reveal her newfound respect for motherhood.

"4 am...Sleepy eyed. Feeding baby..whew this job is no joke!" Duff, 24, tweeted early that day.

"Luca fed! Mamma fed! Time to do it all again in 2 hours! Oh how life has changed! Lol In such a wonderful way " she posted the day before.

No, she left them after the release of Best Of, thank God. Yes, she said wants to tour.

Looking back on Lizzie, it's so nice that all the characters we so real and regular. Lizzie looked like your regular sweetheart, Ethan (despite being the hottie) was your regular cute boy and Kate (despite being the bitchy girl) was just a regular semi-preppy girl.

No big hair. No overdone makeup. People weren't super rich and always beautiful. They were all regular kids that every viewer could relate to.

You don't get that in television anymore. At least we had it
