Not really. I'll note that each moderator had their own internal review process and then we deliberate from there, and the contents of those deliberations will not be revealed, but registration date is typically not a factor. We understand that while a veteran user might have insights new members don't, those new members also have totally different and equally significant experiences and perspectives. I was only here about a year and a half before being chosen, and at the time I was the youngest member of the team by a reasonable margin - we don't account for time when selecting.
Funny, I haven't checked the ages of the new moderators, though - am I no longer the baby of the Squad?
