I can see people saying Christina was being bitchy yesterday, but in all honesty she was right about Tony Lucca. I mean, he is kind of one-dimensional, and yesterday he chose not to push himself vocally. How can you do Peter Gabriel's "In Your Eyes" and NOT do the falsetto, which is one of the more distinctive parts of the song??? He might as well have done Kylie Minogue's "In Your Eyes" if that was his plan...
He has a good voice, though, but until he shows some versatility I don't think he deserves to win this show. Unfortunately, his celebrity connections might make him go far and help eliminate other, more deserving contestants, so Xtina was right to point that out. Surely she could've said it nicer, but at least someone said it.
Also, good that Katrina stayed, since I like her voice. But damn, the arrangement she had for "Tonight, Tonight" nearly ruined her for me. That's one of my fave songs ever, and, like Cee-Lo said, it's not meant to be turned into a showtune, especially since it's so cathartic...
I'm beginning to have my doubts that Adam will win it this season.
