Written by Diane Warren (no credit claimed by Nippy) "I Learned from the Best" was relased in late 1999, and hit the top forty in February of 2000. It was the fifth and final single from her multi-platinum album My Love Is Your Love.
The song is blessed by some fantastic dance remixes created by Hex Hector and Junior Vasquez. Not surprisingly, it topped the U.S. dance chart for three weeks. It is truly good and some of y'all uglies gave it a bad score.
Connor really enjoyed it, saying that "THAT is how you do a chorus. I can even tolerate the key change because the drama in this song is everything." KasioKas also seem to enjoy "that key change" and gives it a high score.
And so now you know the way it feels to cry
