Hello people.
So, I've never posted here before, but I thought doing so would help bring some motivation/pointers for myself. I'm a slightly/fairly chubby individual (it doesn't show much when I've got on a t-shirt or whatever), and I've been trying desperately recently to lose my chest and belly fat.
Resources are limited, but I've been doing between one to one and a half hours of cardio everyday, mostly on my cross-trainer, and eating small meals/snacks 6 times a day, with gaps of around two to three hours.
I know this'll prolly take a while, but hey, with added motivation I'm hoping I push on to look thinner before I head off to uni in mid/late september.
