Actaully I read somewhere that he spelt "you're" incorrectly on purpose, making "beautiful" an adjective.
The lyrics wouldn't make sense then...

i don't understand the your/you're confusion. did you guys even listen to the song? it's quite obvious it's supposed to be "your" and it makes perfect sense
I can't believe it's only charting in 3 countries, and not even top 400 in the US with those radio updates! I am beyond shocked, there is no excuse for this level of floppage!
