You're forgetting that from that 1 million, money has to be paid out to ALL the artists whose music is streamed, as well as their labels. And even after that, she wouldn't be entitled to 3% just like that! They'd need to figure out what their profits are and what percentages are going back into the company, before even going into profit sharing.
At the end of the day, after all is said and done, what it comes down to is little. My point is that it would take a lot of subscribers to make what she gets from Tidal come close to, much less exceed the "next to nothing" she gets from other platforms.
