She doesn't I'm a girl trust me I know when she's wearing. The double chin is there, the semi tired undereyes are there, her eyebrows are not defined so no permanent color. She like many women dyes her brows every once in a while but yeah in all pics out she's not wearing make up everyone that meets her says . I don't think there's Photoshop used just the black & white professional filters
I'm sure Claire gives them to her since they are good friends.
