So I just finish chaining Skitty today and got two shiny out of it. The first one was a male and the second was a female. I'm not sure about the male one 100% though, but a shiny is a shiny I guess. I'm just going to try and see if I can get 1 more shiny Skitty by today.

But I still need another... and I have a Seviper and a Zoroark around level 65. But Zoroark has really weak defenses and Seviper would further my weakness to ground (Even though it has a really high attack for a mediocre Pokemon )

To remedy the ground weakness, I'd go with a Grass type. Lilligant is my favorite BW Grass type.
It looks like you could also use a Water type, which would be helpful against your Ground weakness (access to Ice + Water moves). I'd go with Vaporeon or maybe Huge Power Azumarill.

That reminds me, what are good training methods? Cause raising this Dratini is taking forever.
hmm do you ev train, if not experience share works fine. on top of experience share if the pokemons in front of the team and you switch out they'll gain even more exp. Dratini evolves at Lv 30 so it'll take some time! All of your pokemon are pretty offensive, flareons water weakness + 2 quadruple ice weaknesses mean a water sweeper would hit you hard, so get a good defensive water type would be good. Vaporeon would be great
