Love Me...Stone is a little I don't even remember Never Gonna Love Again
Songs about sorrow and heartbreak are limiting. You can sing them weird and sound extra wounded...but no matter what, you're limited by the genre.They work best if you have an amazing voice, which Lykke doesn't. Her voice is interesting but not amazing. Lykke's creativity shouldn't be confined by heartbreak songs. They keep her from being as exciting as she can be.

How do The Black Keys earlier albums compare to Brothers & El Camino? Are they better, just as good, not as good, more boring, more upbeat, more guitar, more indie...?

Uhm consider that a blessing. Let me tell you the story. A dumb squirrel played by ugley cooper will team up with some other irrelevants and do some slightly funny stuff to save the galaxy (and they will probably do it but i haven't seen the movie). To be fair to Highway Unicorn, the final minute and a half is great.
