The market is usually saturated with new releases from major artists in November and December. Does anyone think she'd be sabotaging her own chances of success by releasing in those months? Her star power just isn't big enough right now to compete with the usual frontrunners. Early 2015 might be more strategic, unless she can turn something in by October.
That being said, a new single this year to get the next campaign started would be ideal. She could then put out another one closer to the album release date. Having two singles beforehand might build greater awareness, especially if they are both hits. This is something
