This. It's better to have money handy to invest in ventures/stock/guaranteed investment funds and grow rather than just chuck it at property sometimes. Property investment is pretty risky nowadays, you have potential for huge losses. Mortgages are also sometimes considered a good thing because you can save on taxes. A business normally always has some level of debt in order to save on taxes, it's almost considered irresponsible business practice NOT to hold some debt. They're far from broke, they're just cunning with their cash .

Ari is cute but her videos are boring and I fail to see her stage presence. Rih serves great videos, some good bops but I'm never getting into her albums fully, she doesn't seem that involved in her music (her team is good though) and don't get me started on her performances, and ect etc. with the other pop girls. If Madonna serves a great album, I'll probably see her live
I think I'll just wait for Coldplay and Adele, Nicki's Pinkprint seems promising for now. I'm also excited for JoJo and Rita

And I really want her to win AOTY, because of the content, the release and the visuals. But i can see the Grammys pulling a stunt and make Beck win

This sounds fun! I think it would work better in the base though (since that's essentially what it's for)
