Honestly, I don't think this particular committee ever had a single good intention. They have focused for ten and a half hours on attacking her character, finding her at fault for things, and trying to find a single slip-up on her part.

If they weren't at the time she sent or received them, they don't matter. Furthermore, if she was not the person responsible for moving classified information outside the government initially, it also does not matter.
