Justin heated the NBA Celebrity All-Star Game on ESPN! He was the MVP, scoring an amazing 27 points on the game. His team won (of course), with the score being 97-79. Justin put on moves for a white boy, he hit swishes, 3 points, 2 pointers, free throws, foul line throws, everything! He lead his team to the victory, and all around it was a fun day to watch and be there. The energy was on point, and the excitement was real. Bow Wow commented on Bieber's skills saying, "I didn't expect him to smash like that. I should've known I'd been wrong when I said the same thing about his songs charting with a friend". Trey even commented "He's hilarious, a superstar, and a MVP...What can't he do?!".One of the most remarkable moments of the game was on Kevin Hart! Speaking of other celebs, Mariah Carey was there supporting a "friend" Nick Cannon. The game was scorchin', we hope you get to see it here tonight at 8!

The reigning Queen of Pop slaughtered the show as she performed not once, but twice during the night. She also presented the award for Best Female Actress.
Her solo performance, which was during the middle of the show, was praised as the "best of night" and "stunning" by celebrities in the crowd. Her performance opened with fog emitting onto the stage, which was infused with sparkles. There was a black, barbed wire cage hanging above the stage, which Rihanna was in covered in a black cloak. The orchestra version of "Black Butterflies" played slowly as she removed the cloak and ripped the barb wire off the cage. She plunged to the stage and red lights flashed around the stage, like an alarm. There was a security man shouting "Prisoner Escaped! Code Red!". Rihanna appeared on the B-stage to everyone's surprise, dressed in a long red skirt and matching top. She had long, tumbling blonde hair and winked before she kicked off the fiery first verse of "Black Butterflies". She strutted down the aisle, followed by a team of leather-clad dancers, and kissed Katy Perry on the cheek. When she reached the main stage, she kicked off the final chorus of the song before the stage lights flicked to blue and purple. The dancers disappeared and she performed the first verse and chorus of "Side Effects", a new song on her album. She was suspended above the stage and was spun slowly as she sang the electronic R&B song. At the final line of Side Effects, a group of policemen appeared from the crowd and she flew back down to the stage, pulled out a handgun, and shot the policemen. The performance ended with deafening cheers and screams from the crowd.
Rihanna also appeared with Britney Spears on stage to perform their newly released B!TCHY remix.
Headliner (along with Rihanna) Selena Gomez opened this years Billboard Fest and MURDERED it! The choreo was fiercer than ever and her energy was insane. She didn't perform any ballads and performed a party remix of her song "Touch Me". Her set opened with her silhouette surrounded by a ring of sparks. She sang a verse from a not-yet released song produced by Mike Will Made It. She interacted with the crowd by pulling fans on stage and dancing with them, yelling things "Wild for the night f*ck bein' polite!" referencing the A$AP Rocky song she covered and ended her set by diving in the crowd! She performed a lot of covers but she totally killed them all!

The show was not over yet for Selena! She made an epic surprise return to the stage for a performance of S&M with Rihanna! She wore a similar outfit to what Rihanna wore at the 2011 Billboard Music Awards, except rather than white hers was pink. This performance involved handcuffs, whips and chains, and lots of hairflipping! Rihanna and Selena engaged in lots of grinding on each other and a water gun fight with the dancers! Overall, Rihanna and Selena both killed their sets and provided a great night for everyone there!
Bieber took to stage, not once - but three times. As a presenter, performer, and winner. He presented "Best Action Scene" and got into a funny on stage moment with Will Ferell. Then he also performed. He shattered the stage when all of the people in the remix performed, perfectly. "Brand New Day" was the talk of the show, and went to #1 on Twitter. Selena Gomez, Ke$ha, Taylor, everyone put on amazing vocals. Bieber was also at the top of his game. After the biggest surprise of the night to Bieber was when he won "Best Documentary" for his MTV Documentary "Justin Bieber: Life In The Lane of a Thrill Seeker".

Surprise, surprise? Guess who was at the Billboard Festival? AZEALIA BANKS. Promoting her new album "American Striped", and showed everyone the true colors of Rap. She did her all, and did everything right. Her performance was short, since she wasn't a main person but she still had everyone moved by her spit game. Everything she did on stage kept the heat of the hot sun going, along with Selena and Rihanna's performances. The 3 of them each had fun, and it's said they all started bonding. Rihanna and Selena being sort of friends, and Azealia and Selena meeting each other before since their labels have done numerous projects w/ Justin and Selena together. Azealia's setlist contained the best of her album singles, collabs, and the American Trilogy.
