I just saw Cabin in the Wood, and boy I was so hopefully cause it looked so good in the trailers. But the ending ruined for me, they could've taken that storyline anywhere and for some reason they chose that route.
It turned out to be along the same vein of Insidious and Sinister, but I felt like Mama had a stronger and more coherent plot line. It had some cheap scares and cliché moments, but overall I enjoyed it. There was no gore, but plenty of creepy and suspenseful moments.
A friend of mine recommends me Sinister. Should I watch it? Have in mind that I don't get scared easily by horror movies and I don't want to waste my time.

Well I am not creative at all
But I probably phrased it the wrong way.
I wasn't talking about something completly new(that's pretty impossible) but I meant the same story,characters,killers ending etc.
I don't like that.
If you take some bits out of old movies and turn it into a good different remake that's cool.
But the same thing just with better effects and acting?Kind of pointless imo.

Erm.. YES!! If you have any love at all for horror films then you need to watch Sinister... it's part of the holy trinity of 2012 horror films

What movie are you talking about?
A Nightmare On Elm Street did change it into a different remake... they gave Freddie a new back story and an overall better reason to be killing the kids... They also changed the order of the way things happen and I feel like the order is better in which things happen

It's ok, not that scary and didn't like the ending
Just finished watching Rogue and I've got to say it actually wan't that bad... the crocodile looked pretty realistic, the acting was pretty good... nice to see Radha Mitchel and Sam Wothington in the film. I'd watch it again tbh. I'd give it a 6/10
I was laughing so hard!! I expected it to happen though. I mean it was pretty obvious they couldn't leave no matter what they tried, and the bird flying into the force field at the beginning of the film foreshadowed that happening to one of the characters. I was waiting for it...
