Exactly. The only thing that saves the song from bring conpletely generic are the lyrics. The song is still flawless tho.

I mean being generic isn't necessarily a bad thing sometimes but HTL musically is very generic. Sounds like the majority of what's playing on radio. However, the lyrics do separate it from the rest.
