Numb wouldnt do well as POTR on urban. I think POTR would do better because the beat is good to mix other songs with and for DJ's to ad lib over so it'll get more airplay I think. She shouldnt do videos for the urban singles, she should only do videos for the pop/intl singles
Jump & NB should be for all formats. I think both those songs can do well overseas as well as on urban

LIP should be the final single
What Now should be a single at some point.
Jump needs to be the next single
No Love Allowed should be released to selected territories ala Man Down at some point.

Numb could have been such a great song if they did something to the chorus...maybe shorten it a bit or add some hook into it. The beat is life and the verses are great. I don't mind Eminem's feature either.

Even though I hate Take A Bow since it's basic like Beyoncé, I love how it segues onto Cold Case Love on tour.
