She could have looked elegant & cute, not this ugly & looking like she just rolled out of bed for the performance.

Love her but yeah, she looks UGLY & tragic in that performance. Definitely not appropriate for promo, looks like she totally doesn't care. Imagine being a casual Japanese viewer and seeing "Lady Gaga" on your TV screen, expecting to see her in all her glory & getting this:

I've decided that although I like PI a lot, the production isn't suited for her vocals. Both the production and her vocals are good on their own but she needed grittier production. It remains her fourth best lead single.
