I just want to add too, reading the reviews some are fishy biased to some extend.
A review hating Psylocke's costume and doesn't even care that its comic accurate?!
Another is the movie had many CGI and fight scenes when it should be like duh this is a CBM
Another is too many characters like duh there are more characters even played in other CBM like Civil War but didnt get lashed for it.
Still hope that the good reviews will invite more good reviews
I see that there a bandwagoning that is happening with in the critics community.

ugh the costume thing is so annoying, the actress literally fought for her costume to be comic-book accurate, like this is normally something to be praised.
not too many characters, CGI and fight scenes in a movie about a team of mutanst with amazing powers

what were people expecting, Downtown Abby the film version?
So infuriating, its like they went in wanting it to hate it.

The fact that the new trilogy mirrors the critical reception of the original is nuts.
Movie #1 does a great job at setting up the premise, characters and overall arcs.
Movie #2 is free to move beyond telling the audience what's happening and just be a fantastic comic book film
Movie #3 has to try and live up to its predecessor, while moving things forward for future releases. Misses the mark somewhat.
